Welcome to Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests, as per local tourism regulations.
• Reservations can be made through our website, third-party booking platforms, or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or deposit as communicated during the reservation process.
• Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on season, demand, and special events.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests must present a valid photo ID and complete the registration process at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
• Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, maintenance). In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we kindly request that you observe the following rules:

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour towards staff, other guests, and the property.
• Smoking is prohibited inside all cottages and enclosed areas. Designated smoking areas are available on the property.
• Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance by Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate management.
• Guests must not disturb the natural environment, wildlife, or farm animals on the property.
• Playing loud music or creating excessive noise after 10:00 PM is not permitted.
• Any damage to the property, furnishings, or farm equipment caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account.

5. Farm Activities & Adventures

• Participation in farm activities and adventure experiences (e.g., safari rides, nature walks, bullock cart rides) is at the guest's own risk.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during any activity.
• Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Certain activities may have age or health restrictions. Please inquire at the time of booking.
• Activities are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or deposit valuables at the reception.
• We are not liable for any injury, illness, or accident occurring on the property, except where directly caused by our negligence.
• Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate is not responsible for any disruption in services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.

7. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash.
• Full payment is due at the time of check-out unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g., room service, activity fees, damage charges) will be added to your final bill.
• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Website Use

• This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate bookings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Banswara, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to These Terms

Growpure Luxury Farm & Nature Resort | The Kushalgarh Estate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
